• touch your Pilsen Card and JIS card on the terminal at the CIV HelpDesk, follow the instructions given on the terminal, and wait for confirmation that the operation has proceeded successfully

at secondary schools and vocational colleges:

• check which schools are linked up to the system
• go to the office where the Pilsen Card reader is located
• ask the relevant member of staff for confirmation of student status and touch your card on the reader when asked to do so
• top up reduced-price travel passes at Česká spořitelna bank machines or at Pilsen Card sales points
